To Mrs. Lottie and Angela Sherman-Wright, it was a real pleasure to watch the dedication between a wife and her husband, and a daughter and her father. It's not often the scene that's played out in a nursing home. May God bless the both of you for tirelessly exhibiting love for Mr. Sherman. He is free, praise the Lord he's free. Cry, and mourn in such a time as this, but joy comes in the morning. I will remember both of you fondly. Roxanne Smith, Unit 603 Nurse

Every morning we receive a fresh, unlimited supply of His compassion. Isn't it exciting that you can count on your heavenly Father to be dependably compassionate? This morning is your new opportunity to pass on compassion to your family, friends, neighbors, and yes, even the unloving or unlovable people in life. The world will be better today because of God's compassion given to the world through you. Andrais

To the Sherman Family,
Sometimes the pain of separation from those we care about can be difficult. I'm reminded of the words written in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 NIV 13 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. Mr. Sherman will be missed greatly, but just remember At death, God's people don't say "goodbye," but "we'll see you later." Furman S. Jackson & Rachel Jackson-Washington

Rev. Vincent & Patricia Mitchell ()
We counted it a great joy to be neighbors with the Shermans. Mr. Sherman was kind and gracious. We were a young couple who move in our 1st house. He would bring us vegetables from his garden, watch our dog and tell us what he thought he needed. Even cut our grass when Rev. Mitchell wasn’t able to get to it. We love the family as our own. He taught us how to be neighborly.
Take your rest for you did what the word said which was to love your neighbor as yourself.
