I am so sorry to hear of the your loss. Death is truly an enemy. (1 Cor 15:26) However, this verse contains the hope that we all look forward to when this enemy “will be brought to nothing.” Until that time, be assured that your pain is shared by many, including God, who makes the promise to “swallow up death in victory”. (Isaiah 25:8) May this hope comfort you in your time of grief.

Dianne & Joseph Bolden ()

My sincere condolences to you on the loss of your loved one. Words cannot express the sorrow you’re feeling at this time. Or the pain your heart will continue to feel as the years pass. I too have lost loved ones and this promise found in God’s Wordy that in the near future, death along with the sting of pain and sorrow will soon be gone forever has brought me so much comfort. I hope this will bring you a measure of comfort too. Isaiah 25:8 - He (God)will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah (God’s name)will wipe away the tears from all faces.our thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time of loss.
